Who is this for?
Women with some experience of IFS who want to practice using it to deepen relationships and create authentic community with the other women in this circle.
This group is for you if:
You have some experience with Internal Family Systems
You don’t need to be an “expert” in IFS to join this group. To help with the mission of the group, to deepen relationships and community using IFS, we ask that you join with some understanding of or experience with IFS. Maybe you have read “No Bad Parts”, maybe you’ve been in IFS therapy for a month or even a year. We will all be continuing to learn together.
You want to build deep relationships and community
You are craving community that feels authentic. You want to truly and deeply know those in your life, and also be known by them. You know that to do this you must deeply know yourself, and you want to continue this healing journey with other like-minded women who can lift you up, mirror you, and challenge you.
You are a woman
There will hopefully be mixed gender groups in the future. For now, this is a group for women.
You are committed to your own growth and healing
You are committed to your own healing and are looking for a community of like-minded people.
You can make it to all or most weekly sessions
Wednesdays, 5-6.30pm. May 7 - June 25.
